Prior to actual production, our laboratory personnel and suppliers work with you to develop the right formulation for your application, as well as to plan the entire process.

As an example, consider the quality impact that a controlled laboratory environment might have for you.  We'll explore formulations, spray coat your product in the lab, develop tooling, and fire the product before upscaling to full production.

Along the way, our laboratory will perform complete physical and chemical tests of impact resistance, color measurement, shock resistance, dielectric strength, etc.  We'll even design specific tests according to your requirements.
