The Service Difference

We coat such diverse products as large and small home appliance parts, outdoor barbecue grills, RV appliance parts, underground burial vaults, livestock troughs, large water impellers, components of deep well pumps, electronic circuit boards, and much more.

The average length of time that our customers have worked with us is over 15 years.  Obviously, we make it our business to serve our customers - to help ensure their success over the long haul.

Product Development
A product must fully meet design requirements and specifications, and it must be manufactured by the most economical methods to minimize your costs and maximize your profits.

Changes in market demands, product designs, material costs, and production methods all have an impact on product quality and cost. In today's competitive environment, production rates, production quantities, and on-time delivery are important to your profitability.

An Eye To The Big Picture
At Porcelain Industries, we see it as our job to help you achieve the most efficient product coating. We view the overall manufacturing process as an overall system, with each part tightly interrelated.

Here are a few of the ways that we can help you to achieve cost-effective product development and the level of quality you and your customers demand.

Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping consists of various manufacturing processes to speed up delivery and perform tests prior to full production.

A solid physical model of your part is made directly from 3D computer-aided design model data to provide a "conceptual model" that will help your team to develop suggestions for improvements. Use them to check form and fit, or to perform limited function tests. Marketing personnel can use prototypes for focus groups; or, patterns for hard tooling can be developed from these prototypes.

Electronic Data Interchange
Our EDI capabilities will help you manage your inventories and goods shipments on a-just-in-time basis. We will provide you with reports on raw material use and finished goods in storage, as well as just-in-time delivery.

Consultation
We offer advice on the best metals to use for your project, as well as insights into designs that will ensure the least amount of rework. This is important, because the process of applying a coating puts the product under certain stresses during the application process.
