Packaging
We regularly design and procure special packaging according to individual product protection, distribution and shipping requirements.

As an example, barbecue grids are coated and boxed individually at our plant, so that grill manufacturers only need to place them inside the grills and ship finished product to retailers.

For another customer, we designed a product package that stacked twice the number of parts in the same space.  This meant more efficient use of warehouse space, plus a 50% reduction in freight costs.  We also have our own custom bulk boxes, which, because of their design and construction, are more economical to ship and store.  Your products will be protected no matter how they are packaged.

Procurement
We work with stampers and fabricators to recommend the right balance of base metal and porcelain application.  Frequently, we identify and purchase raw material components that meet our customer's exact requirements and specifications.  Stored in our warehouse, a steady flow of material proceeds through the production process.

Process Innovation
We take a proactive role in supporting your business and helping to ensure product development efficiencies.  For example, for one customer we initiated a process to coat the internal parts of a deep well pump, reducing friction and increasing impeller life and efficiency.
